Master Fred Parks is a member of the World Head of Family Sokeship Council's International Hall of Fame. He is a 5th degree black belt in TangSooDo MooDukKwan from the prestigious Korea TangSooDo MooDukKwan Society. With more than 30 years in the martial arts Fred Parks also earned a 4th degree black belt in Hapkido from the Korean Hapkido Federation world headquarters in South Korea and black belt rankings in several other Korean and Japanese martial arts.

In 2007, Grand Master Yong Hon Kim, President of the Korea TangSooDo MooDukKwan Society of South Korea appointed Master Fred Parks as the US National Representative for the Korea TangSooDo MooDukKwan Society.
