Join Florida Palm Coast Karate Events Directors and National Team Pepsi Coaches Danny and Theresa Zaino as they host their weekly radio show on Wednesday nights at 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm EST featuring interviews and reports on the people and events of the sport Karate world.
Danny Zaino, a former member of the U.S. Army Karate Team, holds an 8th degree Black Belt in Japanese/Okinawan GoJu-Ryu. Danny Zaino is also a former Military and Florida Police Officer and in 1984 won the title of “Kumite Champion at the Police Olympics. In 1997 Danny Zaino developed the “Pure Warrior” Sports Tonfa for sports martial arts competition.
Theresa Zaino holds a 6th degree Black Belt in Japanese/Okinawan GoJu-Ryu and is a championship competitor in her own rights. Together they developed their “Florida Palm Coast Karate Events” circuit in 1988 and “National Team Pepsi” their National Martial Arts Team in 2000. Theresa Zaino is a professional voice over talent in addition to being one of the most popular show hosts on the Action Radio Network.

Danny and Theresa Zaino travel extensively with National Team Pepsi performing around the country. The National Team Pepsi members include their own three talented children, Tony, Joey, and Dominique Zaino who are all world ranked martial arts competitors. Their Nationally rated National Team Pepsi “Show Team” has become the featured entertainment at the world’s top martial arts hall of fame events, conventions, and trade shows. The demand for their exciting performances grows each year. The team has been awarded “Demo Team of the Year” along with Danny & Theresa Zaino receiving an award for “Coaches of the Year” for an amazing four consecutive years, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Along with their National Team Pepsi performance schedule, the couple promotes The “Battle of Florida”, a nationally ranked Karate event sponsored by Pepsi Americas, and Steve Shepherds RingStar, Inc. The Zaino’s have been Promoting their Battle of Florida event along with their Florida Palm Coast Karate Events circuit for 2 decades earning them Hall of Fame “Promoters of the Year” awards seven times since 1994.
